October 23, 2017
The contribution ties to AgChoice's mission of supporting growth in rural communities.
As part of its annual customer appreciation event, AgChoice Farm Credit’s New Stanton branch donated $150 to the Fayette County Community Action Agency.
“We believe that partnerships are critical to ensure a brighter future for everyone in our community,” said Jim Hoge, AgChoice branch sales manager. “The Fayette County Community Action Agency plays an important role in the future of our local community, and we are happy to support them with this donation.”
AgChoice employees and directors hosted the customer appreciation event in Fiddler’s Hall at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in Dunbar. Over 300 customer-owners, community members and their families enjoyed a complimentary meal, live music, tractor pull, pumpkin and face painting, door prizes and other activities. The donation tied in to the event’s theme of celebrating growth in agriculture and local communities.
AgChoice Farm Credit’s New Stanton branch office services more than $108.8 million in total loan volume for agricultural and rural customers in Allegheny, Fayette, Green, Washington and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania and Brooke, Hancock, Marshall and Ohio counties in West Virginia.
