Branch Manager - Meadville Branch
Position Overview
AgChoice Farm Credit is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Branch Manager for its $117 million Meadville office in northwestern Pennsylvania. The Branch Manager will work with branch personnel to implement a strategy that optimizes the potential in the market while enhancing the concepts of teamwork.
The qualified applicant will be able to:
- Lead, train, develop and motivate a staff of nine employees.
- Work with staff to achieve business growth objectives, profitability targets and asset quality standards.
- Extend quality farm, farm-related business and rural home loans through sound credit administration practices.
- Participate in business development activities to promote products and services.
- Monitor all personnel for adherence to policies, procedures and regulations.
- Participate in public relation functions to enhance AgChoice's community standing.
Qualifications:
The qualified applicant will possess the following:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Agriculture or a related field. Master's degree or advanced education is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory and managerial experience.
- Farming background is a plus.
- Strong managerial, organizational, analytical, marketing and oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
